Do you help home users, or just businesses?
Both. We look after small businesses and not-for-profits across Newcastle, and we're just as happy to help home users — from a slow laptop to a full custom build.
Can I just bring my computer in?
Yes — no appointment needed. Drop in to 150 Maitland Road, Mayfield during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm) and bring your machine straight to the counter.
What areas do you cover?
Newcastle and the Hunter region. We work on-site, remotely, or over the counter at our Mayfield workshop.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. Existing clients can start a secure session from our remote support page — you download the tool, read us the code, and we connect while you watch. Nothing stays installed.
How do I pay an invoice?
Online by card, PayPal or crypto on our payments page, over the phone on (02) 4960 0581, or in person. Invoice questions go to payments@ic-solutions.com.au.
Do you support not-for-profits?
Absolutely — plenty of Newcastle not-for-profits trust us with their systems. Ethical, fair pricing is the whole point: we'll tell you when the cheap fix is the right fix.
