Privacy policy
What this website collects, who else is involved when you use it, and how to get in touch about your information.
IC-Solutions is the trading name of Innovative Computer Solutions, 150 Maitland Road, Mayfield NSW 2304. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the separate systems we use to run jobs and billing for existing clients, which we will explain on request.
What this website collects
The site is a set of static pages. There are no accounts or logins, and no contact form storing what you type on our own servers.
The one thing we store in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark colour theme. It stays on your device, is not sent anywhere, and can be cleared along with your browsing data.
Analytics and measurement
We may use analytics or similar measurement tools to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages people look at and which links they follow. Where we do, the provider handles technical details such as your IP address, browser and the page you were on, under its own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising networks, we do not build profiles about you, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services this site relies on
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies. When your browser loads them it necessarily shares your IP address and basic request details with those companies, and their own privacy policies apply. At present these are:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used across the site.
- Help Scout provides the support and ticket widget.
- PayPal provides the payment buttons, and loads only on the payments page.
- Stripe handles card payments, on Stripe's own checkout page after you choose to go there.
That list changes as the site changes, and we may add or replace providers. Links to Google, Facebook, our remote support tool and our recycling partner send nothing until you choose to follow them.
When you contact us
If you phone, email, submit a ticket or start a remote support session, we keep what you tell us so we can help you and keep a record of the work. We use it for that purpose, and we do not sell it or pass it on for marketing.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. If you pay by cryptocurrency and email us the transaction reference, we keep that with your invoice record.
